I rehung (rehanged?) door #4, today. It was one of those doors that took a bit of encouragement to latch shut. Besides the heavy layers of paint, it wasn’t quite meeting the striker plate properly. (A generic replacement plate.) So I sanded that a bit and repositioned the plate. Now Continue Reading
